Dettagli del collocamento del nuovo BTP a 15 anni
Il Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze comunica i dettagli dell'emissione del nuovo BTP a 15 anni, con scadenza 1 agosto 2023 e cedola del 4,75%.
Hanno partecipato all'operazione oltre 120 investitori per una domanda complessiva superiore a 6,7 miliardi di euro. Assicurazioni e fondi pensione si sono aggiudicati oltre il 30% dell'emissione, così come le banche. I fondi d'investimento hanno sottoscritto circa il 26% e le banche centrali circa l'11%. La quota allocata agli hedge funds è stata pari a circa l'1%.
Il collocamento del titolo è stato caratterizzato da una distribuzione geografica molto diversificata: oltre alla partecipazione degli investitori italiani, pari a circa il 36%, di particolare rilievo sono state le quote sottoscritte da investitori residenti in Gran Bretagna e Irlanda (16%). Significativo è stato anche l'interesse dimostrato dagli altri paesi europei: Benelux (13%), Germania e Austria (10%), Francia (8%). Di particolare rilievo è stata la partecipazione degli investitori asiatici con una quota allocata pari al 9%.

Details on the new 15 year BTP placement result
The Ministry of Economy and Finance announces the details of the placement of the new 15-year BTP, maturing on the 1st August 2023, with a 4.75% coupon.
More than 120 investors have taken part to the transaction with a total amount of orders greater than 6.7 billion Euros. Insurance companies and pension funds have accounted for the 30% of the issuance as well as banks. Asset Managers have received 26% of the issued amount, while central banks 11%. Hedge funds have been allotted nearly 1%.
The geographical distribution has been well diversified: besides the participation of Italian investors, about 36%, it is worth noting the presence of investors resident in the UK and Ireland (16%). Significant interest has been also shown by the other European countries: Benelux (13%), Germany and Austria (10%), France (8%). The participation of Asian investors has been relevant accounting for 9% of the transaction.
