I contatti tra gli azionariati delle compagnie aeree aventi per oggetto il loro posizionamento strategico sono abituali e, per quel che riguarda l'AZ, hanno avuto come recenti controparti Swiss Air e Air France.
Contatti informali tra l'azionariato dell'Alitalia e della KLM sono preliminari: non hanno prodotto alcun risultato, né è stata decisa una loro continuazione.
Le dettagliate ricostruzioni giornalistiche e le entusiastiche dichiarazioni sono perciò prive di fondamento.

Contacts among shareholders of airline companies which deal with their strategic positioning are customary and, as far as Alitalia is concerned, they had as recent counterparts Swiss Air and Air France.
The informal contacts between the shareholders of Alitalia and KLM are preliminary. They have not produced any outcome and there are no firm plans for their continuation.
