With regard to the Annual General Meeting of Finmeccanica Spa, convened for 14 and 16 May 2012 (first and second call), the Ministry for the Economy and Finance announces that it has deposited at the company's registered office the list of candidates for the new Board of Auditors.
Standing statutory auditors:
1) Maurilio Fratino, lawyer, university teacher and auditor, former vice president of the European Regional Bank, councillor and auditor with a number of prominent firms;
2) Silvano Montaldo, auditor with a number of public sector companies and prominent companies operating in the energy, insurance and transport sectors;
3) Eugenio Pinto, chartered accountant and auditor, university professor, former board of auditors chairman at leading Italian and multinational companies operating in the energy, insurance and "Made in Italy" sectors.
Substitute statutory auditor:
Vincenzo Limone, general manager of the State Accounting Office of the Ministry for the Economy and Finance.
