The Ministry for the Economy and Finance announces that the decree n. 138 of 13 August 2011 outlining "Further urgent measures for financial stability and for growth," with the amendments approved by enactment law n. 148 of 14 September 2011, has been forwarded to the Official Gazette for publication tomorrow on 16 September 2011.
