The Ministry of Economy and Finance announces that € 887 million, available on the Government Bond Sinking Fund, have been used as a partial reimbursement of the BTP 15 October 2016 / 15 October 2019 – ISIN code IT0005217929.
This transaction has almost depleted the current amount available in the Sinking Fund set up with the aim of reimbursing or buying back Government securities from the market in order to reduce public debt.
