The budget will affect the so-called judicial indemnity of magistracy staff.
The plan was approved by the Comitato intermagistrature, Italy's intra-judiciary committee, because the proposal would not impact public finance balances while ensuring the fairest possible distribution across the category.
The proposal, examined by the State's General Accounting Department, has been considered as financially appropriate by the Ministry of Finance and Economy and a related amendment will be submitted to the Committee.
