The Ministry of Economy and Finance, which owns a 70% shareholding in Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Spa, and the banking Foundations, which own the remaining 30% of the company capital, announce that they have today submitted their joint list of candidates for approval at the AGM, convened next April 28 to discuss the renewal of the Boards of Directors and Auditors of the company.
In detail, for the Board of Directors consisting of nine members, as stated in article 15 of the Articles of Association, the following candidates have been indicated: Franco Bassanini, Cristian Chizzoli, Cristiana Coppola, Piero Gastaldo, Giovanni Gorno Tempini, Ettore Gotti Tedeschi, Vittorio Grilli, Nunzio Guglielmino and Mario Nuzzo.
As stated by article 27 of the Articles of Association, for the Board of Auditors, comprising five permanent auditors and two alternate auditors, the following candidates have been indicated: Angelo Provasoli, Paolo Fumagalli, Biagio Mazzotta, Gianfranco Romanelli, Giuseppe Vincenzo Suppa as permanent auditors, and Francesco Bilotti; and Gerhard Brandstatter as alternate auditors.
