GLOBAL BOND IN DOLLARI USA: RISULTATI DEL COLLOCAMENTO / 10 YEAR US DOLLAR GLOBAL BOND: PLACEMENT RESULT
Il MEF comunica i risultati del collocamento del bond formato Global da 3 miliardi di dollari, con cedola 5,25% e scadenza 20 settembre 2016.
La distribuzione per tipologia di investitore è stata la seguente: banche centrali 35%, asset manager 31%, banche 19%, assicurazioni 7%, fondi pensione 8%.
La distribuzione geografica comprende l'Asia con il 24%, Europa/Medio Oriente con il 36% e Stati Uniti con il 40%.
Lead manager dell'operazione sono stati: CITIGROUP, GOLDMAN SACHS e JP MORGAN.
The Ministry of Economy and Finance announces the details of the placement of the $3bn 5.25% Global bond due 20 September 2016, priced today.
The distribution by investor type has been: Central Banks 35%, Asset Managers 31%, Banks 19%, Pension Funds 8%, Insurance Companies 7%. The distribution breakdown on geographical basis is as follow: Asia 24%, Europe/Middle East 36% and US 40%.
Lead managers for the transaction have been CITIGROUP, GOLDMAN SACHS and JP MORGAN.
