Riapertura bond a 15 anni indicizzato al CMS: risultati del collocamento / 15-yr CMS Linked Bond Reopening: offering results
La Repubblica Italiana (Aa2/AA-/AA) ha effettuato oggi, nell'ambito del programma di emissione EMTN, una riapertura di 500 milioni di euro di un bond della durata di 15 anni indicizzato al CMS il cui prezzo è stato fissato a 99,98. Il bond ha scadenza 15 giugno 2020 e cedola pari all'85% del tasso CMS a 10 anni, con un minimo della cedola fissato al 2% ed un massimo al 7%. Il totale dell'emissione in circolazione ha raggiunto 2,5 miliardi di euro ed il regolamento è stato fissato per il 9 agosto 2005.
L'emissione è stata realizzata su sollecitazione di una forte domanda proveniente da primari investitori istituzionali.
Lead manager dell'operazione sono stati Deutsche Bank e Lehman Brothers.
The Republic of Italy (Aa2/AA-/AA) announces that a 15-yr EMTN CMS linked bond has now been increased by Euro 500 million, bringing the total issue size to Euro 2.5 billion.
The bond, due June 15th 2020, is issued at 99.98 and pays a coupon of 85% of the 10 year Euro swap with a 2% minimum and 7% maximum. The settlement date is the 9th of August 2005.
The transaction was launched on the back of the very strong demand by large institutional investors.
