The Ministry of Economy and Finance has announced that it has sent to the Directorate-General for Competition of the European Commission the agreements included among the corrective measures submitted in relation to the concentration operation that envisages Deutsche Lufthansa entering the capital of ITA Airways, as provided in the European Commission's decision of 3 July 2024. The final approval of the European Commission is awaited with confidence in order to proceed with the closing of the transaction. The economic conditions remain unchanged from the previously signed agreement.
