The Republic of Italy has mandated Banca IMI S.p.A., Barclays Bank PLC, ING Bank N.V., JP Morgan Securities PLC e Royal Bank of Scotland PLC (trading as NatWest Markets) for a new syndicated 20 year BTP due 1st September 2038. The transaction will be launched in the near future subject to market conditions. FCA/ICMA stabilisation.
