MEF announces that the placement via auction of long-term treasury bonds indexed to Euro-zone inflation (BTP€i), which was scheduled for 27 August 2010, will not take place in view of the fact that cash availability is lower in August and that the Treasury must not meet any specific or urgent financing requirements, as has occasionally occurred in the past years.
