Il MEF comunica che il 19 ottobre 2011 effettuerà una operazione di concambio attraverso il sistema telematico di negoziazione.
Sarà offerto un titolo in emissione a fronte di quattro titoli in riacquisto.
Il titolo in emissione sarà il BTP 15/04/16, cedola 3,75% (IT0004712748).
I titoli ammissibili al concambio (oggetto del riacquisto) saranno:
- IT0003472336 BTP 01/08/2013, cedola 4,25%
- IT0004085210 BTP€i 15/09/2017, cedola reale 2,1%
- IT0004404965 CCT 01/09/2015
- IT0004518715 CCT 01/07/2016
Il 19 ottobre 2011, alle ore 10, i prezzi di riacquisto dei titoli ammessi al concambio, scelti tra quelli sopra elencati, saranno visibili direttamente ed esclusivamente sulla piattaforma elettronica. L'operazione si svolgerà dalle ore 10 e terminerà entro le ore 11 del suddetto giorno.
L'assegnazione dei titoli emessi è effettuata al prezzo rispettivamente indicato da ciascun operatore e accettato dal MEF.
Sono ammessi a partecipare al concambio esclusivamente gli "Specialisti in titoli di Stato". Non è prevista la corresponsione della commissione di collocamento.

The Ministry of the Economy and Finance (MEF) announces that an exchange transaction via electronic trading system will be held on 19 October 2011.
One bond will be issued in exchange of four bonds subject to buyback.
Offered bond: BTP 15 Apr 2016, coupon 3.75% (IT0004712748).
Basket of Government bonds for exchange transaction (subject to buyback):

- IT0004085210 BTP€i 15 Sep 2017, real coupon 2.1%

The buyback prices of the bonds admitted for the exchange transaction, chosen within the list above, will be visible on 19 October 2011, at 10 am, directly and exclusively on the electronic platform. The exchange transaction will take place from 10 am and finish no later than 11 am of the mentioned day.
The allotment of the bonds to be issued will take place at the price offered by each operator and accepted by the MEF.
Only "Specialists in Government Bonds" will be allowed to participate in the exchange transaction. No placement fee will be paid for this operation.
The transaction will be settled on 24 October 2011.
