La lettura dei dati pubblicati oggi sul Supplemento di Finanza pubblica del bollettino statistico della Banca d' Italia è concettualmente falsa perché ignora che l'anno scorso il Governo Prodi ha prorogato da luglio ad agosto i versamenti dei contribuenti dei soggetti agli studi di settore; quest'anno invece il termine ultimo è stato fissato al 16 luglio. Pertanto, confrontando i dati degli incassi di luglio e agosto 2007 con lo stesso periodo 2008 si registra un aumento di più di un miliardo.
The reading, published today inthe Supplemento di Finanza pubblica ("Public Finance Supplement") of the statistical bulletin of the Bankof Italy, is conceptually false because it ignores that, last year, the Prodigovernment extended from July to August the payments due from those taxpayersthat were subject to studi di settore, (business sector analysis, system for calculating the presumedincome of certain categories of taxpayers.) As from this year, the deadline forsuch payments is set for July 16. Thus if the revenue of July and August 2007is compared with that of the corresponding year of 2008, collection is up byover one billion.
