Il Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze comunica i risultati dell'emissione della prima tranche del nuovo BTP€i a 15 anni - indicizzato all'inflazione dell'area euro, con esclusione dei prodotti a base di tabacco.

Il nuovo titolo ha scadenza 15 settembre 2023, godimento 15 marzo 2007 e tasso annuo reale 2,60%, pagato in due cedole semestrali. Il regolamento dell'operazione è fissato per il 27 giugno p.v.

L'importo emesso è stato pari a 4 miliardi di euro. Il titolo è stato collocato al prezzo di 99,091, corrispondente ad un rendimento lordo annuo reale all'emissione del 2,687%.

Il collocamento è stato effettuato mediante sindacato, costituito da cinque lead managers, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Société Générale CIB e Unicredit Group (HVB), e dai restanti Specialisti in titoli di Stato italiani in qualità di co-lead.

Con successivo comunicato del Ministero dell'Economia e delle Finanze sarà specificata la composizione della domanda.

The Ministry of Economy and Finance announces the placement result of the first tranche of the new 15-year BTP€i - linked to the euro-zone HICP ex-tobacco.

The bond, maturing on the 15th September 2023 with accrual date 15th March 2007, has a real 2.60% annual coupon, paid on a semi-annual basis. The settlement date of the transaction is set on June 27th .

The amount of 4 billion Euro has been issued at a re-offer price of 99.091, equivalent to a 2.687% real gross annual yield.

The bond has been placed through a syndicate, structured with five lead managers, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, Société Générale CIB and Unicredit Group (HVB), and with the rest of Specialists in Italian Government bonds participating as co-lead managers.
