Emissione Global bond in dollari Usa / US dollar Global bond issue
Il MEF comunica che la Repubblica Italiana (Aa2/AA-/AA) ha conferito a BNP Paribas, JP Morgan e Lehman Brothers il mandato per guidare l'emissione di un titolo di Stato benchmark in dollari Usa con scadenza 10 anni, che sarà effettuata nel corso dei prossimi giorni in relazione alle condizioni del mercato.

The Republic of Italy, rated Aa2/AA-/AA, has mandated BNP Paribas, JP Morgan and Lehman Brothers for its upcoming 10 year USD Global Benchmark transaction. The issue will be launched in the near future subject to market conditions.
The proceeds of the bond offering will be used for general purposes of the Italian Government, including debt management purposes.
