Operazione concambio Telematico/ Exchange transaction by telematic trading system
Il MEF comunica che martedì 15 giugno 2004 effettuerà una operazione di concambio attraverso il sistema telematico di negoziazione (ai sensi del DM 4 agosto 2003, n. 73150, pubblicato nella G.U. n. 210 del 10/09/03).
Sono ammessi a partecipare al concambio esclusivamente gli "Specialisti in titoli di Stato".
Sarà offerto un titolo in emissione a fronte di uno o più titoli in riacquisto.
Il titolo offerto in asta è il BTP 01/02/19 cedola 4,25% (IT0003493258).
I titoli ammissibili al concambio (oggetto del riacquisto) sono:

IT0003424485 BTP 01/02/06 cedola 2,75%
IT0003522254 BTP 01/09/06 cedola 2,75%
IT0001321774 CCT 01/03/06
IT0001413944 CCT 01/12/06
Il giorno stabilito per l'operazione, alle ore 10, i prezzi di riacquisto dei titoli ammessi al concambio, scelti tra quelli sopra elencati, saranno visibili direttamente ed esclusivamente sulla piattaforma elettronica. L'assegnazione dei titoli emessi è effettuata al prezzo rispettivamente indicato da ciascun operatore e accettato dal MEF.
Il MEF escluderà le offerte formulate a prezzi ritenuti non convenienti sulla base delle condizioni di mercato. L'operazione si svolgerà dalle ore 10 alle 11 del 15 giugno. Non è prevista la corresponsione della commissione di collocamento. Il regolamento è previsto per il 18 giugno 2004.

The Ministry of the Economy and Finance (MEF) announces that an exchange transaction by means of the telematic trading system (as of DM August 4, 2003 n.73150, published in Official Gazette September 10, 2003 n. 210) will be held on June 15th , 2004.
Only "Specialists in Government Bonds" will be allowed to participate in the exchange offer transaction. One bond will be issued in exchange of one or more bonds (subject to buyback).
The bonds involved in the transaction are the following:

Basket of Government bonds for exchange transaction (subject to buyback):
IT0003231146 BTP 15/07/05 4.00% coupon
IT0003424485 BTP 01/02/06 2.75% coupon

IT0001413944 CCT 01/12/06
The buyback price of the bonds admitted for the exchange transaction, chosen among those above mentioned, shall be visible on the transaction day at 10.00 a.m directly and exclusively on the electronic platform. Allotment of the bonds to be issued will take place at the price offered by each Specialist and accepted by the MEF. The MEF can exclude the proposals entered at prices not deemed favourable on the basis of prevailing market conditions. The exchange offer will take place from 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. of June, 15th. No placement fee will be corresponded for the transaction. The settlement transaction will take place on June 18th, 2004.
