Emissione Global in dollari / US dollar Global offering
Il MEF comunica che la Repubblica Italiana (Aa2/AA/AA) ha conferito a Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs e Merrill Lynch, tutti in qualità di lead manager, il mandato per collocare una emissione benchmark a tre anni, formato Global in dollari USA. L'emissione, che verrà effettuata nel corso dei prossimi giorni in relazione alle condizioni di mercato, sarà l'ultimo collocamento nell'ambito del Programma Global in dollari USA per il 2003.
The Republic of Italy (Aa2/AA/AA) has mandated Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch as joint lead managers for a three year Us dollar benchmark Global issue. The transaction is expected to come to the market in the near future, subject to market conditions. It will be the last Global offering under the Republic of Italy's US$ program for 2003.
