CALENDARIO TRIMESTRALE DI EMISSIONE 4° TRIMESTRE 1997

Il Ministero del Tesoro annuncia che nel IV trimestre 1997 verranno offerte nuove emissioni di titoli a 10 e a 30 anni, entrambe con godimento 1 novembre 1997, nonchè nuovi titoli zero coupon a 18 mesi e a 24 mesi. Le caratteristiche dei nuovi prestiti saranno le seguenti:
BTP 1 novembre 1997-2007 importo minimo 10.000 mld
BTP 1 novembre 1997-2027 importo minimo 15.000 mld
CTZ 15 dicembre 1997- 15 giugno 1999 importo minimo 7.000 mld
CTZ 15 dicembre 1997-1999 importo minimo 7.000 mld
Il CCT 1 settembre 1997-04 non verrà proposto nell'asta di dicembre ma continuerà ad essere offerto anche nel 1998 per favorire il raggiungimento di una adeguata liquidità.
A causa dei problemi tecnici legati alla materialità del titolo, il BTP trentennale in corso di emissione non verrà offerto nell'asta di ottobre.
Il Tesoro si riserva la facoltà di offrire ulteriori tipologie di titoli e di riaprire, durante il trimestre, tutti i prestiti in corso di emissione, nonché prestiti emessi durante il 1996 o anteriori.

QUARTERLY ISSUANCE PROGRAMME 4TH QUARTER 1997
The Ministry of Treasury announces that during 4th quarter of 1997 it will issue new 10 and 30 year bonds, together with new 18 and 24 month zero coupon bonds. The characteristics of the new securities will be the following:
BTP 1 November 1997-2007 minimum amount 10 trillion lira
BTP 1 November 1997-2027 minimum amount 15 trillion lira
CTZ 15 December 1997- 15 June 1999 minimum amount 7 trillion lira
CTZ 15 December 1997-1999 minimum amount 7 trillion lira
The CCT 1st September 1997-04 will not be offered at the December auction, but it will continue to be issued during 1998 in order to achieve adequate liquidity.
Due to technical problems arising from the material circulation of the bond, the 30 year BTP on the run (1st Nov. 2026) will not be offered at the October auction.
The Treasury reserves the right to issue other types of securities and to reopen, during 4th quarter, all the bonds which are currently being offered. Furthermore, it reserves the right to reopen those securities which were issued during 1996 or earlier.
